Yay Baby!

Just in case you missed the announcement...

We are having a baby! Yay!

Last week we got to go get a sneak peek of our new baby! Although I was a little grumpy and didn't want to be in the picture with Mommy and Riley Cates, it was so much fun to be there! I sat in the chair right by Mommy while they did the ultrasound. We got to watch on a big screen as the nurse showed us Baby's arms, legs, heart, head... It was amazing! I kept leaning over and kissing Mommy's arm and asking if the scan was hurting her. The nurse stopped at one point to tell me how sweet I was! Mommy said she wished she had a video of me during the appointment because of that. What can I say? I am really excited about our baby!

And here is one of the pictures they gave us. Apparently the baby is still really tiny, but I can't wait to meet him/her!

Mommy asked the ultrasound nurse if there were any way we could get a hint about the gender (knowing that it is super early!). After telling Mommy that she was naughty for asking, she said if she had to guess, there was about a 50% chance it was a boy! :) So who knows?! We will be excited either way!
